High-tech fish processing plant opened in Karaginski area of Kamchatka, said on Friday the press-service of the regional government.

"On the Kamchatka Peninsula with the support of the regional government has opened another high-tech fish processing plant. <...> The volume of investments in realization of the project of "Tymlatsky fish" amounted to 2.5 billion rubles, of which 1.5 billion rubles - borrowed funds, and 1 billion rubles - own", - stated in the message.

According to the press service, all industrial and infrastructure facilities managed to build in record time: the construction of a fish processing plant was conducted for two seasons for five months, and all commissioning has produced this year.

"The capacity of our plant - 360 tons per day according to the block-frozen and 40 tons of piece goods. The volume of the refrigerator was 6500 tons. Caviar shop can produce any volume, but those that come from fish, 20-25 tons per day. The plant area of 11.8 thousand sq. m (excluding accessory buildings)", - the press service quoted the General Director of "Tymlatsky fish" of Alexander Litvinenko.

The plant provides about 400 jobs. Expected contributions to the budget of the region from the activities of the new plant will make 125 million roubles a year.

Fish processing plant built on the site of the village of Red, is already the fourth investment project of LLC "Tymlatsky fish", implemented in the framework of the state regional program "Development of the fisheries complex in the Kamchatka region". Among other projects of the company - purchase of refrigeration equipment and vessels, and construction of fish processing complex.
