Recall that in 2017 Rosselkhozbank became the first Bank to enter into an agreement with the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation under the new financing mechanism (Decree of the RF Government №1528 from 29.12.2016). According to the procedure of subsidizing agricultural producers receive loan funds at a rate not exceeding 5% per annum.

Also, since the beginning of this year, the agricultural Bank provides concessional loan funds program of the Ministry of economic development of Russia with the established rate no higher than 6.5 percent (Government Decree No. 1706 from 30.12.2017).
