Holding AGROSILA one of the first among Russian agro-holdings is implementing a project of introduction of innovative technologies of precision agriculture. One of the stages today - differentiated application of fertilizers in the fields, which allows to reduce their consumption. So, on every land paid only the amount of fertiliser that is needed for growing crops that avoids unnecessary introduction in areas with a high content of nutrients. Due to the alignment of the content elements within the field, is planned as a whole to improve the quality and quantitative characteristics of the collected harvest. The introduction of biotechnology in the early stages of the project concentrated in the cultivation of the most important for Holding agricultural products: wheat, sugar beet, barley and maize.

Urmanov Arthur, project Manager for the implementation of precision farming in JSC "AGROSILA":"the Peculiarity of the technology lies in the fact that when fertilization takes into account the heterogeneity of the field in his agrochemical composition. In the end, fertilizers made with regard to their actual variability within the field. Differentiated application of fertilizers is one of the stages of the cycle of precision farming. Primarily created electronic maps of fields, maps and soil fertility maps that allow you to perform the type of soil, nutrients, diversity of fertility. To correct doses of fertilizers and management of differentiated inclusion in the on-Board computer of agricultural machinery entered the card of the task on the basis of which there is differentiated fertilization depending on the deficit or surplus of nutrients in soils.Ultimately, the use of this technology should reduce costs and improve the efficiency of growing crops, thereby reducing their cost, which will positively affect the competitiveness of end products produced by enterprises of the Holding".

In 2017, experts AGROSILA together with Kazan (Volga) Federal University held agrochemical survey of land in the area of 6 thousand hectares with precision, allowing in the future to implement differentiated application of fertilizers. In 2018 it is planned the survey has 9 thousand hectares, similar plans for the next year. Today the experts have already managed to identify enough high variability of the element content in the soil. Especially brightly it is expressed in phosphorus and potassium. In the new season 2018 the specialists of the Holding have already begun to implement differentiated application in the surveyed fields. The results, in turn, will be announced at the end of the season.
