This is the first investment project in the Rostov region implemented on the basis of project financing with the provision of state guarantees the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. In addition, it is included in the list of 100 priority investment projects of the Rostov region.

The cost of the new unit is 4.2 billion, including 3.2 billion rubles of credit funds of agricultural Bank. Financial resources aimed at the acquisition of greenhouse structures and equipment and the undertaking of construction works.

The new facility will be the largest in the don Autonomous year-round greenhouse complex for growing cucumbers and tomatoes. After reaching full capacity the production will amount to 11.5 thousand tons of vegetables per year on an area of 19.8 hectares.
