As 11.09.2018 in accordance with the new law on share building in 529, the Bank opened a special settlement accounts for developers.

With 01.09.2018 all developers of RF required to open a separate special account for each construction permit in one of the authorized banks of the Russian Federation. Transactions with such settlement accounts are controlled in strict accordance with the requirements of the Federal law №214-FZ.

The Bank has control over the expenditure transactions developers is designed to minimize the risks of misuse of funds for developers and to provide to the investors an additional guarantee of the completion of the facility in time.
