The group of Companies "the White frigate", manufacturing, wholesale and retail sale of meat of chickens-broilers, moving to the FGIS "mercury" from 1 July 2018.

Of course the acquisition of software, deploying it in a chain of existing work, staff training has led to some material costs and taking up time. Daily work became more time consuming, but the staff was ready for it.

Of course the transition to mercury was associated with certain costs and expenditures on veterinary services has increased, but our company didn't put it in the product price, as it depends on the market.

It is impossible to stay away from the introduction of EVS, if you're a company producing a food product, and sells it through retail network. Not implementing a system controlling the movement of the veterinary certificates, the manufacturer will not be able to sell your product. In this situation, the main problem is no alternative.

In the beginning, the company faced several problems in the system "mercury":

system running slowly, crashing to the encoding data of the dictionary are imperfect, one name gets multiple types of products

- vets have to manually fill in the data about the examinations

- of all the integration modules that could automate the work, at the moment is not functioning correctly neither the execution happens manually via web interface

- complete dependence on Internet service provider threatened, in case of failures in its work, transition to manual filling of accompanying documents and, as consequence, to delays in the shipments. (for example a delay in the shipment of chilled poultry meat, especially in the spring and summer, can lead to catastrophic consequences)

To assess the quality of control system operation "mercury" will be possible only after eliminating all deficiencies in the work, not until next year.

On a global scale, this system does not give anything neither the manufacturer nor the end user.
