The amount of Federal subsidies provided to authorized banks for the payment of the cost of short loans in the Tomsk region in 2019 will amount to 68.8 million rubles.

13.7 million rubles to the region allocated for the reimbursement of loans to small farms, 33 million of loans taken for the development of crop production, 4 and 4 million livestock development and the 4.4 million – the processing of agricultural products.

11 million rubles in the Federal budget are provided on compensation of short-term loans aimed at the development of dairy farming and 2.2 million beef cattle in the Tomsk region.

According to the estimates of the Department of economic and social development of the village, these volume limits will allow farmers Tomsk region to take short-term loans at a concessional rate of 5% for a total amount of 1, 1 billion rubles.

This measure will allow the Tomsk agrarians promptly to prepare for spring field work, to ensure the timely purchase of machinery, fertilizers, fuel, etc.
