According to him, today the Russian combine harvesters is about 15 percent of the global market, and high power tractors up to 25 percent. Novak predicted that the export volume of agricultural machinery in the next five years will continue to grow, by 2024 this figure is expected to increase 2.5 times.

"We will be able to increase the share of exports in the sector to at least 50% of the value of shipments to the domestic market," — said the Minister.

According to the Director of the Association "Rosspetsmash" Alla Elizarova, the main export directions are the CIS countries, European Union, Mongolia, Canada. All in all, last year exports covered 35 countries.

Due to the high competitiveness of Russian equipment was able to increase shipments to countries where very well developed their own agricultural machinery.

Speaking about the reasons of growth of foreign supplies, Alla Elizarova said that at present, domestic manufacturers have significantly improved the quality of manufactured agricultural equipment, and work in this direction continues. In comparison with foreign analogues of machinery from Russia is not inferior to them, and sometimes superior in its technical characteristics. It should also be noted that they are more cost effective.

Record levels for exports of Russian companies was achieved thanks to the efficient measures of state support, including subsidies for transportation of products engineering, research and development, the participation at the largest international industry exhibitions, preferential loans, insurance support.
