During the inspection, the car traveling from Kazakhstan to Russia, was discovered the cardboard box, which was marking Kazakh producer of confectionery. Confectionery products are contained in boxes marked with the trademark Roshen and produced in Ukraine.

As a result, initiated a case on administrative offense under article 16.3 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation on the fact of non-compliance with the established prohibitions and restrictions on the import of goods to Russia.

The CPS in July 2013 banned the import to Russia of products of Roshen because of complaints about the quality.
