The project involves the construction of a logistics center for storage of fertilizer, pesticides, seeds and similar products in Bryukhovetskiy area.

It is planned that the industrial complex will consist of two warehouses with an area of 10 thousand square meters each. Single storage capacity will reach 120 thousand tons.

The volume of investments into the project will amount to more than 850 million roubles, financing will be carried out at the expense of the investor.

Construction is scheduled to finish by the end of 2020. As a result of implementation of the investment project will create 100 new jobs.
