To establish a quality system and the interaction of industries will enable a number of measures proposed by the Association "Rosspetsmash".

It is proposed to introduce customs duties on export of products of ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy required for industry to implement modern standards of quality.

A number of proposals for economic policy. You want to introduce an investment allowance for income tax, reduce the tax burden on enterprises specialized engineering. You have to fight with the banking monopolies and to soften the conditions of monetary policy. The growth rate for energy shall be given in accordance with the official rate of inflation. It is also necessary to increase the demand for Russian steel products by major infrastructure projects.

Only such comprehensive approach will allow to solve problems of cooperation and further development, sharply standing today in front of the two industries. And it is a national task.
