Deputy Minister of agriculture of Russia Sergey Levin met with the special envoy of the President of the Democratic Republic of the Congo Patrick Mwenda of the Congo, during which the sides discussed issues of bilateral cooperation and increase trade in agricultural products between the countries.

As noted by Sergey Levin, today Russia is among the ten largest suppliers of food in African countries and are ready to continue fruitful cooperation in the agricultural sector, including Congo.
