Scientists call the optimal dose of coffee
The average person needs to drink about two cups of coffee a day to boost the effects of exercise, according to a study published on the website Science Alert.

Scientists from Australia, USA and UK analysed 300 studies, covering 4,800 people.
It was found that the use of caffeine can improve the results of exercise two to sixteen percent.
 
 
 
According to experts, to improve a person requires from three to six milligrams of caffeine per kilogram of body weight. Thus, a person who weighs 70 kilograms, you need to use 210-420 milligrams of caffeine.
However, the researchers stressed that people not accustomed to drinking coffee, you should start with a smaller dose.
To consume the drink is recommended for 45-90 minutes prior to workout.
Experts also reminded that excessive caffeine use may cause the appearance of side effects, including insomnia, nervousness, headache, and disorders of the gastrointestinal tract.
