In 2018 in China supplied food commodities in the amount of 98.6 million U.S. dollars, up 3% over the corresponding period in 2017.

Currently, China's exported oils and fats products (JSC "nmgk"), and alcoholic beverages ("Standard").

Recall that in 2018 in Nizhny Novgorod region has developed the project "the Export of agricultural products". It provides for an increase in the supply of agricultural products of the region abroad in 2.2 times, from 226 million US dollars in 2017 to 492 million U.S. dollars by 2024.

"We understand that farmers are often very difficult to navigate in the world market. In order to overcome such difficulties, provide mechanisms for support. For example, a number of the Nizhniy Novgorod agricultural enterprises will be included in the pilot program of nurturing exporters that we implement together with the REC," – said Gleb Nikitin.

Earlier it was reported that several agricultural enterprises of Nizhny Novgorod region and the Russian Export Centre (REC) have signed a Memorandum of cooperation. The agreement provides for the implementation of the acceleration program. It includes study of target markets, search and attraction of partners, financial and information support, thus, will increase exports of agricultural products.
