Speaking to colleagues, the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of the Czech Minister of agriculture Sergey Artamonov noted that they are designed in accordance with the Federal law "About the state support in sphere of agricultural insurance and on introducing amendments to the Federal law "On development of agriculture" dated 25 July 2011 No. 260-FZ and the RF Government Decree of 14 November 2018 № 1371 "About amendments to rules of granting of other interbudgetary transfers from the Federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on the implementation of compensation to agricultural producers for the damage caused by emergency situations of natural character".
He noted that now in the calculations of the size of subsidies to farmers will be providing their insurance protection of their property interests associated with agricultural production.
The Minister also stressed that this year, government funds provided for the compensation of damages caused by emergency situations of natural character are only available to agricultural producers, providing insurance for their crops.
