"The possibility of participation of the Ministry of agriculture and the Federal Agency for state agricultural support in key decisions regarding the management of NSA, establishes the current practice of continuous workflow between the NSA and the Ministry, – said the President of the NSA. From 1 March this year, the law on agricultural insurance system changed, and the Ministry of agriculture maintains the active and systematic work on organization of agricultural insurance subsidies in nearly 60 regions.".

Only the Presidium of the NSA is currently composed of 12 members: in addition to Elena Pustovoy and Vladimir Nekrasov, including the President of NSA Roots of Beidou, Chairman of the Presidium of NSA Innokenty Egorov, the adviser for cooperation with government agencies IC "Rosgosstrakh" Nikolay Galaguza, General Director of JSC "MAX" Nadezhda Martyanova, the General Director of JSC "Alfa insurance" Oleg Ovsyanitsky, General Director of JSC IC "Rosselkhozbank-Insurance" Sergey Prostatin, General Director OSAO "RESO-the Guarantee" Dmitry Rakovshchik, General Director of JSC AlfaStrakhovanie Vladimir Skvortsov, the General Director of open company "SK "the Consent" of the Maya Tikhonov, the President of the Russian Union of insurers Igor Jurgens.

According to the Charter of the NSA, the Bureau coordinates, directs, and provides overall guidance to the activities of the Union in the period between the General meetings. In particular, the Bureau adopts rules of activities of the Union, the Union's budget, decides on the admission of new organizations to the members of the Union and the exit or expulsion of its members, and decide other organizational issues.
