Airfield "Severskaya" in the Krasnodar region will be the venue for the 1st all-Russian competition of professional skill of pilots to the aviation and chemical works "Golden Wings - 2019".

To participate in the Competition will be professional airline pilots certified by the Federal air transport Agency to conduct aerial chemical works. To assess flight crews would be a jury of agronomists experts and honored pilots, whose names were not disclosed prior to the start date of the competition.

Competitions will be held in two stages – theory and practice. In the first stage of the competition will be evaluated the theoretical knowledge of pilots on the technology aviagarant about chemical formulations and their application, methods for increasing the yield. The second stage of the competition will reveal flying skills of the crews, which they will demonstrate on the aircraft type An-2, equipped with special chemical equipment.

Agricultural aviation is an effective means to intensify crop production - increases the classiness of the grain and increases the yield by 20-25%. Aviation-chemical works played a significant role in global food production and plant protection.
