Farmers of the Krasnoyarsk territory in the current year by 20% increased area of canola - crops with high export potential, said on Thursday to journalists by the Minister of agriculture of region Leonid Shorohov.

In the framework of the Federal project "the Export of agricultural products" Krasnoyarsk region should implement the regional project, according to which the export of agricultural products from the region until 2024 is expected to grow 2.6 times to $48 million.

"We have significantly enhanced canola crops did increase by nearly 20%, or about 141 thousand hectares <...>. The national project "international cooperation and export" consists of five Federal projects "manufactured exports, Export of agricultural products", "logistics of international trade", "Export of services" and "a Systemic approach towards the development of international cooperation and exports."
