This year in the framework of the national projects the village plans to build over 500 objects of social sphere (of the new Centres, schools, houses of culture), the inhabitants of thousands of villages needs to access high-speed Internet, hundreds of thousands of rural residents will ensure high quality services new mobile medical stations and cultural centres.

"To improve the quality of life in the village allocated huge funds from the Federal budget, – said the coordinator of the project "Village. The territory of development", the Chairman of RSSM, Deputy Chairman of Commission OP of the Russian Federation for the development of agriculture and rural areas, member of the Central headquarters of the popular front Julia Ogloblina. – We need to ensure public control over their effective use. New onf project will monitor the construction of each planned facility, from the public procurement procedure prior to commissioning. Special attention will be given to staffing the new facilities and organization of their work. After all, what good residents, for example, from the new medical and obstetrical stations, if there is no work or it is only open once a week. Only when the officials do not just provide the construction medical organizations or cultural center, but also will work organizational and personnel issues, the residents will feel a real improvement."

To participate the process of monitoring the implementation of national projects "Health", "Education", "Culture", "Digital economy" and other already this year, will attract at least 800 activists. Monitoring the impact of national projects on the quality of life of Russians would cover all regions of the country.

It is also planned active involvement of local residents in the development of rural areas through the implementation of their own initiatives. "To learn how to determine "points of growth" of the economy of the settlement, we will select not less than 85 villages and each will hold a work – said Ogloblina Julia. Based on this experience, we will thoroughly train teams of rural development, consisting of active residents, representatives of local government and business."
