According to General Director of JSC "Federal freight" Viktor Voronovich, development of universal car-model platform 13-5205 fully completed. Prepared set of design documentation, agreed technical specifications, conducted full cycle of preliminary, acceptance and certification tests of the wagon with loading the speed evrofury landfill North-Caucasian railway. The outcome of all the results of intellectual activity become the property of JSC "FGC".

Over the past year, the Federal cargo company and Uralvagonzavod have done a great job, and just last week received a certificate of conformity for platform model 13-5205. This is a Prime example of effective cooperation with vehicle manufacturers. We plan to actively develop business for contrailer transportations, using the latest it technologies to implement and support the service to customers could enjoy quality service", – said the head of JSC "FGC".

The main advantages of the new wagon-platform is lowered to the floor for transport vehicles to 18.75 m in the piggyback loading gauge and removable container stops for containers. In addition, the platform is allows the transport of caterpillar equipment and piece loads requiring no protection from atmospheric precipitation.

Experts UKBV designed about ten structural schemes for the supporting elements to meet the regulatory requirements for strength and provided for various conditions of loading of the car.

Two prototypes already made on the car Assembly production UVZ, engineering service which successfully solved the problem of welding-assembling the frame of the car with a length of 18 meters.

Given the fact that the car received the certificate of conformity, in the near future it will be put into production, the installation series is determined in 2500 units. Until the end of the year JSC "FGC" is planning to purchase 100 units piggy-back platforms. Now UKBV develops for JSC "FGC" local technical conditions of transport vehicles with the use of multi-turn attachment.
