The highest quality grain produced in the farms of Belovskaya Yuzhnyy, Korenevskaya and Organizatsiya areas where a food group was more than 90%.

The total amount of acreage occupied by crops of barley in the Kursk region in 2019 amounted to 253,3 thousand ha.
