Currently, a contact group, NSA receives information from a number of regional agricultural agencies with whom the Union has signed agreements on the organization of insurance systems, about the interest of the subjects of the Russian Federation in continuation of this work. In particular, actively conducts activities on the organization of insurance Seva Orenburg oblast, which last year was declared a state of emergency in connection with the death of the crops.

President of NSA pointed out that according to the decree of the President of Russia "About measures on ensuring sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population in the territory of the Russian Federation in connection with the distribution of new coronavirus infection (COVID-19)" to the providers of financial services part of the emergency functions (primarily service calculations and payments), cannot be applied restrictive measures. In this case the insurance companies-members of the NSA can provide to farmers services, agricultural insurance in a contactless manner.

Recommendations concerning applications for insurance and documents for the purpose of concluding the insurance contract in electronic form. Centralized access to the space monitoring system organized by the NSA for all insurance companies-members of the Union," – said the President of the NRA of the Roots of biggov.

"NSA also draws the attention of insurance companies-members of the NSA to the need for compliance with the common terms of claims settlement and insurance indemnities under insurance contracts of farm animals, prisoners on the conditions of state support," – said the President of the NRA of the Roots of biggov.

According to the Federal law No. 260-F3 "On state support in agricultural insurance", in Russia in the framework of a centralized system the government provides support to risk insurance of crop, livestock and commercial aquaculture. From 1 January 2016 at the market of agricultural insurance with state support is a single national Association, the national Union of agricultural insurers.
