Friday wheat prices increased insignificantly only in France under the impact of the strengthening dollar in the U.S., there has been a slight drop in Britain — reversal down. In the foreign exchange market the European currency, after a short break again fell to the us, omitting the values of the French and British wheat in dollars. In London quotes wheat fell by 2.8% in Paris rose 0.3 percent, and in Chicago fell by 2.3%. Corn in the US fell by 1.2%, and soybeans by 0.9%. Rapeseed in Paris has increased, while corn fell.

In the US on 1 July on the Chicago stock exchange (CBOT) wheat contracts fell to 10 cents on 4,4025 to 4,3025 $/bushel or 2.3% ($158 per tonne). Corn fell 4.25 cents with 3,6425 to 3.6 $/bushel, or 1.2% ($141,5 per tonne). Soybeans fell 10 cents from 11,475 to 11,375 $/bushel or 0.9% ($417,9 per tonne).

In Europe, on July 1 LIFFE exchange in London the July wheat contracts dropped from 112 to 110 pounds or 1.8% ($146,4). On the stock exchange MATIF July 1 to September contracts rose from 151,75 to 152,25 euros per tonne or 0.3% ($169,1). December contracts rose to 157,75 with 157,5 euros per tonne, or 0.2% ($175.2 m).

On the stock exchange in Paris on 1 July, the August rapeseed contract rose from 357 to 358 euros per tonne or 397,6 $/ton, the corn contract for delivery in August declined from 169,75 to 169,25 € 188 or $/ton.

On Thursday, wheat in the United States cheaper, although not as fast as in France. But Britain, on the contrary, pleased growth. In the currency market the pound and the Euro stopped falling against the dollar with a slight increase. In London quotes wheat rose 2.8% in Paris fell 3.2% and in Chicago by 1.6%. Corn in the U.S. fell by 4.5%, and soybeans rose 2.6%. Canola and corn in Paris dropped again.
