This was stated by the head of the State phytosanitary supervision service under the Ministry of agriculture of Azerbaijan Jamal Guliyev, reports "Interfax-Azerbaijan".

"In the first quarter in Iraq and Iran were exported 9,13 thousand tonnes of barley in July - still 4,32 thousand tons", — said D. Guliyev.

He said that from the specified total volume of 3.11 thousand tonnes of feed barley, and 10,34 thousand tons of food. D. Guliyev said that all exported products are certified.

According to him, currently there are a number of orders and are expected shortly to export a new batch of barley.
