Economy of the Tyumen region by Thursday threshed 1 million tons of grain of a new crop, it fully covers the needs of the region, reported the press service of the Governor with reference to the head of the region Vladimir Yakushev.

"The region has already collected the amount of grain that completely satisfy the needs of Tyumen. This year the weather did not leave our farmers without any surprises, "pleased" excessive rainfall, heat and drought. But the heat and moisture contributed to the good growth of cereals", — are reported words of the Governor.

The head of the region noted that although today has already collected most of the crop, much effort will be required by farmers for the completion of the harvesting and storage of grain.

According to the operative data of regional Department of agriculture, two of the municipality has exceeded 80% of the planned harvesting. In Uporovskogo and Sladkowska areas ends up cleaning of cereals and pulses.
