In January-July 2016, Russia exported 15,566 million tons of cereals, which is 31.5% higher than in the same period a year earlier.

The basic position of the Russian grain exports in the reporting period were traditionally wheat and meslin - 10,885 million tons, up 59.9 per cent higher than the result of January-July 2015.

The export of corn from Russia for the first 7 months 2106 increased by 59.9 per cent and amounted to 2.97 million tonnes of wheat flour and wheat-rye by 12.2% (135 thousand tons) of sunflower seeds - for 98,8% (84,1 thousand tons).

The export of Russian barley in January-July of current year has decreased on 44,7% - to 1,475 million tons, rice - by 1.4% to 126 thousand tons.
