This year, the region has collected 1.3 million tons of grain and leguminous crops. Also recorded greater grain yield.The highest rates were observed in cherdaklinskiy (33 kg/ha) Slava (32,6 t/ha) and Ulyanovsk (27 C/hectare) areas.

The internal demand of the region for grain is about 800 thousand tons, that is, the region will fully satisfy their internal needs. The region has already exported 50 thousand tons of grain. According to experts of regional Ministry of agriculture, the grain sent to Belarus, Iran, Azerbaijan and Latvia. The exported product undergoes a series of quality tests.
