This assessment is made on the basis of generally favorable weather conditions of winter in most countries of the Northern hemisphere. "Dry and cold winter is observed only in certain regions of the United States and Europe", – experts say.

Sowing area of wheat in the world next season will be reduced slightly. The decrease of this indicator for winter grain in the U.S. to the lowest in the last 108 years will be compensated by India, where farmers prefer wheat with the growth of the internal prices on grain.

Beginning stocks of grain in the next season are expected to reach a record 225 million tonnes.
