From the port out of the vessel with another batch of Russian corn total volume of about 67 thousand tons, destined for export to Vietnam (63,6 thousand tonnes) and Senegal (3.5 tons) new trading partner of Russia in the world market of corn, the press service of Rosselkhoznadzor.

The Rosselkhoznadzor had previously published information about a two-fold increase of export of Russian wheat to the Republic of Senegal, a country located in the Western part of the African continent. So, for the 2016/2017 crop year (for the period from July 2016 to January 2017) exported about 170 thousand tons of wheat. In 2015/2016 crop year exported from Russia wheat – 86 thousand tons, corn exports were absent.
