The Saratov region government and OOO "financial company "Mountain" signed an agreement of intent on construction of mineral fertilizer plant at the former destruction facility of chemical weapons (EAR) "Mountain", the press service of the regional government.

The agreement was signed at the investment forum in Sochi on Monday.

"The project is implemented with the support of the Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation, it was initiated by the company "NPP "Plateks". It is planned that the new plant will produce ammonia, urea and ammonium nitrate", – stated in the message.
