From 1 January to 10 may 2017, agricultural producers purchased 1656,7 thousand tonnes of mineral fertilizers, which is 141.4 thousand tonnes more than at the same date last year.

Average prices for the most popular fertilizer (including VAT, packaging, transport and distribution costs) decreased compared to the same date in 2016 and were as follows: for ammonium nitrate – 13 787 thousand rubles per ton (-10%), urea – 18 183 thousand rubles per ton (-9%), potassium chloride – 14 839 thousand rubles per ton (-6%), azofoska – 72 20 thousand rubles per tonne (-15%), ammophos – 27 thousand 799 roubles per tonne (-12%).
