From 1 January to 13 June this year, agricultural producers purchased 1865,9 thousand tonnes of mineral fertilizers. It's on the 188.1 thousand tonnes more than on the corresponding date in 2016.

The average prices of the most consumed forms of fertilizers, including VAT, packaging, transport and distribution costs decreased compared to the same date in 2016 and are as follows: ammonium nitrate 13733 RUB/t (-9%), urea – 18181 RUB/t (-7%), potassium chloride -14828 RUB/t (-6%), azofoska – 20025 RUB/t (-14%), ammophos – 27745 rubles/t (-12%).

According to agribusiness management bodies of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the need for mineral fertilizers in 2017 to conduct seasonal field work is 2.8 million tonnes, including for carrying out of spring field works
