JSC "Russian Railways" enters a discount of 39.4% of export shipments of grain to Georgia in the North-Caucasian railway. This is stated in the minutes of the meeting of the Board of the company, an extract from which is posted to the website of Russian Railways.

As specified, the discount will only apply if the traffic volume exceeds 1.3 million tons.

"Set the reduction factor 0,606 on export transportations of grain cargoes in grain carriers via a land border crossing Samur North-Caucasian railway. The coefficient is applied on traffic of over 1.3 million tons", - is spoken in the statement.

The coefficient will be in force until 30 June 2018.
