Export crops in 2017-18 MG, according to the June report, will increase in this season to 30.8 million tons. A year earlier, overseas sales of the grain of this type was equal to 28.2 million tons.

Imports of crops in the block are expected to amount to 6.2 million tonnes in 2017-18 season. Last report promised this figure by 0.4 million tonnes. In 2016-17 productive year this figure was more modest at 0.4 million tonnes.

The consumption of wheat in the EU in the present season, according to the latest report of IGC, will be reduced to 124,9 million tons. Previously, analysts have given a higher rating 125.6 million tons. Recall that in 2016-17 MG the level of utilization amounted to 125.8 million tons.

In the 2017-18 season, the carryover grain reserves of this type can amount to 13.9 million tons as in the previous year.
