The Governor of Niigata Prefecture Yoneyama, Ryuichi with a large delegation visited Vladivostok. At a meeting with Vladimir Miklushevsky he said he is willing to buy soy and corn from Primorye. He plans to build in the region a large greenhouse complex. Due to preferences and the status of Free port of Vladivostok, between Russia and Japan began a new phase of cooperation.
