From 1 January to 24 July 2017, the agricultural producers purchased 2030,4 thousand tonnes of mineral fertilizers, which is 184,2 thousand tonnes more than at the corresponding date in 2016.

The average prices of the most consumed forms of fertilizers, including VAT, packaging, transport and distribution costs decreased compared to the same date in 2016 and are as follows: ammonium nitrate, 13670 RUR/t (-8%), urea – 18101 RUB/t (-5%), potassium chloride – 14712 RUB/t (-5%), azofoska – 19973 RUB/t (-13%), ammophos – 27656 RUB/t (-10%).

According to agribusiness management bodies of constituent entities of the Russian Federation in 2017, the domestic agricultural commodity producers for carrying out of seasonal field works it is planned to purchase 2.8 million tonnes
