The forecast is based on high carry-over stocks of grains, rising export prices and a large supply of grain.

Analysts said that currently, export price for wheat with a protein content higher than 12.5% is $194 per ton, compared to $167 in August last year. According to Rosstat, carryover stocks of grain on July 1, 2017, made up of 15.35 million tonnes, 12% more than 1 July 2016.
