Including in the southern Federal district grain and legumes threshed from the area of 6.9 million ha or 78% of the cultivated area (in 2016 – 6.5 million ha). Harvested 29.1 million tons of grain (in 2016 26.3 million tons) with a yield of 42.3 q/ha (in 2016 of 40.4 kg/ha).

In the North Caucasus Federal district threshed 2.5 million ha or 79.1 percent to cultivated area (in 2016 2.5 mln ha). Produced 10.4 million tons of grain (in 2016 – 10.0 million tons) with a yield of 41.2 C/ha (in 2016 – 40,9 kg/ha).

In the Central Federal district threshed 2.8 million hectares or 34% of the cultivated area (in 2016 – 4.2 million hectares). Produced 13.0 million tons of grain (in 2016 – 15.8 million tons) with a yield of 45.9 C/ha (in 2016 – to 38,1 C/ha).

In the Volga Federal district threshed 1.9 million ha or 14.5% of the cultivated area (in 2016, 6.2 million hectares). Produced 5.9 million tonnes of grain (in 2016 – 14.8 million tons) with a yield of 32.6 t/ha (in 2016 – 24.1 C/ha).

In the far Eastern Federal district threshed 42.9 thousand ha or 13.1% of the cultivated area (in 2016 37.9 thousand hectares). Harvested 87,6 thousand tons of grain (in 2016 – 78.8 thousand tonnes) with the yield of 20.4 C/ha (in 2016 is 20.8 C/ha).

In the Urals Federal district – threshed 12.4 thousand hectares or 0.3 percent to cultivated area (in 2016 – 133,5 thousand hectares). Harvested 37.6 thousand tons of grain (in 2016 253,5 thousand tons) with a yield of 30.4 C/ha (in 2016 – 19.0 C/ha).

Winter and spring wheat in the whole country throughout the areas of 11.1 mln ha or 39.9% of the cultivated area (in 2016 12.8 million ha). Produced 48.4 million tons of grain (in 2016 48.9 million tons) with a yield of 43.5 t/ha (in 2016 – 38,3 kg/ha).

Winter and spring barley throughout the areas of 2.2 mln ha or 27.4 percent to cultivated area (in 2016, 3.8 million ha). Harvested 7.6 million tons (in 2016 is 10.9 million tons) with a yield of 34.6 t/ha (in 2016 – 28,3 t/ha).

The rape is threshed from the area of 141 hectares, or 13.8 percent to cultivated area (in 2016 – 99,9 hectares). Harvested 309,0 thousand tons (in 2016 – 149,9 thousand tons) with a yield of 21.9 kg/ha (in 2016 – 15,0 t/ha).

Flax iterable with the area of 4.2 thousand hectares, or 9.2 percent to cultivated area (in 2016 and 9.4 thousand hectares).

Sugar beet is dug out from the area of 15.6 thousand ha or 1.3% of the cultivated area (in 2016 – 16,8 thousand hectares). However 726,1 thousand tons (in 2016 779,1 thousand tons) with a yield of 464,3 C/ha (in 2016 463,8 kg/ha).

Potatoes in agricultural organizations and peasant (farm) excavated from the area of 16.9 thousand hectares or 5.7 percent of planting area (2016 – 20,2 thousand hectares). However 421,4 thousand tonnes of potatoes (in 2016 495,7 thousand tons) with a yield of 249,0 C/ha (in 2016 245,5 kg/ha).

Vegetables in agricultural organizations and peasant (farm) harvested from an area of 31.8 hectares, or 18.2 percent to cultivated area (in 2016 – 41,0 thousand ha). Collected 460,7 thousand tons (in 2016 – 576.5 thousand tons) yield 144,9 q/ha (in 2016 – 140,5 kg/ha).
