Since the beginning of the marketing year the Kazakh export of seeds of sunflower made up of 219.1 thousand tons, which is 42% higher than the previous year (154,4 thousand tons).

Local exporters expand markets and products. Major buyers of sunflower China and Uzbekistan, which accounts for nearly 90 percent, an increase of Moldova and Togo. In addition, resumed the import of sunflower Iran that has acquired 4% of the total Kazakh export of oilseeds.

By the way, in June, the Kazakh exports of sunflower amounted to 21.8 thousand tons. The shipped volume by 1% higher than the previous month and 1.5 times higher than in June of last season.
