In June this year Ukraine exported 5.4 thousand tons of sunflower, which is 5.3% lower compared to the previous month. In the current season 2016/17 sunflower seeds exported from Ukraine is already in 59 countries.

However, leaders of procurement of oilseeds are European countries, the export share reaches 68%. Turkey, as expected, continues to increase imports of sunflowerseed from Ukraine.

So, in the current season purchases exceeded 43 thousand tons (23% of total exports) against 16.1 thousand tons a year earlier.
