The event is organized by the Russian Guild of bakers and confectioners (Rospik) and all-Russian public organization "Assembly of peoples of Russia" with the support of the government of the Republic of Crimea and the Office baking and pastry production Russian public organization "Business Russia".

Respec more than 20 years, carries out activities of regional and Federal level, aimed at the development of bread-making, increased availability of fresh quality bread.

The forum is aimed at the development of bakery, confectionery and small businesses in Russia. Such events have already been held in 2015 and 2016. This year the event will bring together over three hundred experts in the field of bakery. They will discuss the current state and prospects of development of the industry and related industries, financial business support, including the development of treatment-and-prophylactic bakery, the interaction between suppliers and retailers, the control and Supervisory activity, etc.

Reports and presentations will include representatives of regional legislative and Executive authorities, experts, heads of relevant enterprises. During the business program of the forum will outline the steps of the strategic directions of development of the segment of bakery and pastry production, worked out solutions to priority problems.
