"In the examined samples of wheat of 1 class is not revealed, grain class 2 was 0.1%, 3 class – 21,5%, 4th grade – 47%, non-food grade 5 – 31,3%," according to the press service of the institution.

It is also reported that of the surveyed in 3 regions of 39.5 thousand tons of hard wheat (14,1% of gross collection) food grain amounted to 98.7%, including 3 class – 51,5%, 4 class – 37,2%, non-food grade 5 – 1.3 percent.

The results of the survey, 3.4 million tons (29.4% gross yield) in 27 regions indicate that 15.8 percent of them is grain class 1, 82,4% - 2 class.

In addition, in 9 regions of the Russian Federation were examined 1.5 million tons (41.9 per cent) of malting barley, of which 21.8 percent was classified as grade 1, grade of 53.1% as grade 2, 25,1% - as not corresponding to requirements of GOST.

As for the rye, then examined in 25 regions of the Russian Federation 457,4 thousand tons (25,7%) grain class 1 was 18.3%, class 2 – 43,7%, class 3 – 19,7%, non-food grade 4 – 15,9%.
