According to operative data of the Federal customs service of Russia on October 4, 2017 2017/2018 in the current agricultural year exported crops 12 527 thousand tons, which is 20,4% higher than the same period last season (10 of 402 thousand tonnes). Exports of wheat for the season was 9 648 thousand tonnes (+12,2% compared to the same period of the 2016/17 season), barley – 1 968 thousand tonnes (1.5 times more), corn – 837 thousand tons (1.7 times more).

As of October 2, 2017 wholesale prices in the European part of the country for wheat flour was 13 975 RUB./ton (down 2.3% over the week to 14.4% YTD), rye flour – 10 of 165 RUB/ton (-0,5% for the week of-16,7% YTD).
