Central Russia...Price – 6.5 rubles. Cost – 5,5 – 5,8, or 12 percent profitability. That is, it is, but not as breath-taking as it used to be, nevertheless not at a loss. The Volga Region, The Urals, Siberia. Price– 6 – 5,5 – 5 rubles. And the cost is the same almost – 6 and above. It turns out that on the verge or loss, or absolute profit. So, of course, we encourage further development of this industry, and, of course, the peasants will be left without income and so on", - informed the Minister of agriculture of the Russian Federation.

Alexander Tkachev noted that due to subsidies on rail transportation, we can expect price increases, as grain for export would "withdraw not only from the southern territories, but primarily from the Centre, the Urals, Siberia".

"And, of course, we're not going to store grain elevators grain; so it will not put pressure on domestic prices, we won't serve this grain – I told you already, about 10 billion per year, it is also money that we could spend on the necessary things", - said the head of the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation.

"As for grain exports, of course, I want to say about these figures. We plan to sell abroad about 45 million tons. I want to remind, last year the figure was 35 million. That is, we sell more grain", - said Alexander Tkachev.
