This follows from the graph of passage, developed by the Ministry of agriculture of the relevant draft government decree posted on the official portal of projects of normative-legal acts.

Recall that the document provides for the subsidising of railway tariffs on grain transportation in the Volga region, the Urals, Siberia to the ports of southern Russia in order to stimulate export of these products.
