It is noted that under the price fall wheat, rye, oats, barley, corn, rice, buckwheat, beans, peas, beans and other grain cargo.

The same discount on export shipments of grain from stations located within the borders of Voronezh, Orel, Tambov, Orenburg, Saratov, Novosibirsk and Omsk regions was introduced from 1 October 2017. Discount will act to 30 June 2018 inclusive.

Russian Railways in 2013 has the right to vary the cost of services for the carriage of goods within the "tariff corridor" defined by the state regulator. The issues of changes in the level of tariffs in the "tariff corridor" is currently considered by the company in accordance with received requests from users of railway transport services with regulated conditions and with the estimation of economic efficiency of their implementation for the company.
