In particular, wheat exports amounted to 21 million 841 thousand tons, which is 34.1% more than last year, barley - 3 million 594 thousand tons (1.9 times more), corn - 2.4 mln tonnes (2% less).

The average export price of Russian wheat of the 4th class on January 11 amounted to $192 per ton (FOB Novorossiysk). Over the last two weeks it has grown on 0,5%. The price of American wheat for two weeks increased 1.7% to $178 per ton (CPT Gulf of Mexico).

According to the forecast of the Ministry of agriculture, for the whole agricultural year (July 2017-June 2018) grain exports will total 45 mln tonnes as opposed to 35.5 million tons in the last marketing year.
