USDA reduced the estimate of world corn exports in the current season

In particular, the evaluation was lowered for Brazil to 35.5 (-0,5) million tonnes and for Russia to 4.8 (-0,2) million tons.

Analysts also downgraded the forecast for world corn production this season by 196 thousand tons, to 1,045 billion tons. Thus, for Russia, the rating was lowered to 13.5 (-0,5) million tons, while for the United States - increased to 370,9 (+0,5) million tons.

Estimate of world corn ending stocks at the end of the season was increased to 206,5 (+1,5) million tons. The increase is projected for Brazil (10.3 million tonnes, 9.3 million tonnes) and the USA (62,9 million tons; 61,9 million tons).
