At the same time, the volume of transshipment of chemical cargo (including fertilizer) in the reporting period decreased by 68.4% to 34.1 million tonnes.

"The decrease is due to a long storm warnings with total duration of more than 10 days, the shortage of rolling stock on the railway stations of origin and introduction of JSC "RZD" 50% restriction on loading of all cargo assignment to the station of Novorossiysk in the period from 11 to 23 January 2018", - explained in the message.
