Voronezh oblast has sufficient capacity to store the harvest. This was reported to the Chairman of the government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev, acting Governor of the Voronezh region Alexander Gusev at the meeting on 26 July in Moscow, reported IA REGNUM in management on interaction from mass media and administrative work of the government of the Voronezh region.

"Power elevators, almost 6 million tonnes is enough for us. We have enough capacity for drying grain, there are mobile systems and stationary — here no problems are expected", — said Gusev, answering a question of the Prime Minister.

The Governor also reported that farmers do not experience any difficulties with the harvest: they are fully provided with fuel, harvesting equipment.

"According to the capital-we are even slightly above average. Here we also any difficulties do not see", — said the head of the region.

 

Gusev also said that the region rely on stable local agricultural producers and to higher prices for grain compared to 2017.

The head of the Russian government, in turn, announced the government's decision to allocate compensation cost, cost for fuel: in total recall, according to the draft document, the government allocated 5 billion rubles, the Voronezh region will receive 135 million and 139 thousand rubles.

"It will take — maybe something else will do, discuss with colleagues — the Minister of Finance and Minister of agriculture. We will monitor the situation," — said Medvedev.
